MOAB ELOPEMENT
When Kaity and Cody hired me to photograph their Elopement in Moab, they gave me all their trust. They left it in my hands to decide what location to have their ceremony at. Both of them love adventure, and wanted to go off roading in the Polaris RZR that I offer my couples, so it was my mission to find them a unique and epic view with the perfect amount of off road trails so that we could create the most amazing and adventurous Moab Elopement ever!
My husband and I have both drove almost all of the off road trails that Moab has to offer, but that didn’t make it any easier to choose which one would be perfect for Kaity and Cody. Everywhere in Moab and the surrounding areas has a beautiful view and I honestly could never choose a favorite. So, I decided to re drive a few of the trails that I had in mind for this elopement and then to explore one new trail that I hadn’t driven yet. It takes a lot of planning, knowing the area, and the right equipment to safely take a couple off road. I drove this particular trail to their ceremony spot at least 5 different occasions to really nail down exactly what was needed to make this elopement successful. I bring everything we might need with us, from the extra gear to rescue a vehicle that might get stuck to a cooler filled with water, drinks, and champagne to celebrate!
Kaity and Cody decided to bring along both their moms and Kaity’s sister, so for this elopement we took both our fully loaded Polaris RZR and our Can-am on the trail! It was truly such an incredible experience and one of the greatest elopements I’ve ever photographed!
